Inception Topic: The classes will begin with the core concept and must-know topic, "The Chapter of Longevity" (Ayushkamiya Adhyaya in ashtanga hrudaya, Deerghanjeevitiya Adhyaya in Charaka Samhita, etc.).
Relevance: This topic is particularly crucial in evolving times where righteousness (dharma) is perceived to be deteriorating in society.
Multifaceted Learning: The course will combine theory classes with practical familiarization:
1. Reading Samhitas (Core Ayurvedic Texts) in the original Sanskrit language.
2. Understanding different concepts of Indian knowledge systems.
